The distribution of the operational bases allows a widespread presence of field technicians, auditors and field managers in Italy coordinated by the figure of the service manager. Staff support is guaranteed by high digitization, especially in the context of reporting and traceability of each on-site intervention.

The leadership position achieved by LT Renewables in the EPC, Revamping/Repowering and O&M of renewable enrgy plants, has brought to the acquisition of the company by Terna Group – Europe’s largest independent electricity transmission system operator.

This acquisition allows Terna Energy Solutions to enrich the offer of integrated energy solutions for the RES market in the field of construction, management and revamping / repowering of photovoltaic plants and, leveraging the know-how of LT , to propose itself as an extended Energy Solution Provider, in line with the provisions of the Strategic Plan for Non-Regulated Activities of the Terna Group; on the other hand, it constitutes the further enhancement of the skills of LT acquired and consolidated in the field of renewable energy.
